You won't be disappointed with your SolarBack quality sun lounger but if for some strange reason you are we'll make things painless. A couple of things to be aware of.

  1. We take privacy and security very seriously especially in the online world we all live in these days. Our payment platform uses the latest technology to ensure transactions between us are as safe and secure as they can be.
  2. You should familiarise yourself with our payment process so you know what to expect and if you have any questions before you place an order - please ask.
  3. Once you've decided to place an order two things will happen;

A) we'll give you a unique customer number which must be used in ALL communication between us and;

B) we’ll provide you with a unique order number. Quote your order number when communicating with us about a specific order.

  1. We comply with GDPR and review our policies, processes and procedures regularly to ensure you have a safe, secure and simple experience with us. Our systems will ask for your name and contact details and a delivery address for your order. These details will be retained by us for six years and are destroyed after that. We'll provide you with notification before then.

NeBu Order Process

Stage 1 - All SolarBacks are built to order so your deposit finances the ordering of components. Once you’ve completed your order you’re given the opportunity to cancel the order before committing to transferring funds into our account. Once you have committed your deposit is not refundable.

Stage 1 - When your order has been placed and we have received your deposit we will give you a unique customer reference and a unique order reference. You must retain your order reference. This is your reference for all future correspondence with us regarding your order and is your confirmation that we've received your deposit and that the components needed for your order are being constructed.

Stage 1 - A copy of your order will be uploaded to your secure ordering portal for download by you at any time.

Stage 2 - We'll build your SolarBack in accordance with your specifications once we’ve received and checked the components for your order before construction begins. We'll notify you of any defects in any components at this stage and if this will result in delays to the construction of your order.

Stage 2 - When all components have been inspected we'll start building your SolarBack and place a short video of this in the ‘Your SolarBack’ section of your order portal. Only you can access this by using your order number.

Stage 2 - At this point we’ll also ask you for your Stage 2 payment, You can cancel your order at this if you wish.

Stage 2 - After receiving your stage 2 payment we'll send your order to be finished (painted). Your SolarBack luxury sun lounger is coated with a finish that is specially formulated to resist UV light fading.

Stage 3 - We’ll inspect your SolarBack quality sun lounger after finishing and test its operation. We’ll also post a video of this in ‘ Your SolarBack’ and notify you so you can see how your order is progressing.

Stage 3 - We’ll ask you for your stage 3 payment. When we’ve received this we’ll move to the final stage.

Stage 4 - We’ll pack your order ready for shipping and we’ll video this for you. After receiving your final payment your order will be dispatched via your chosen freight method.

You can pay in full when you place your order but remember, the deposit element is not refundable and you can still cancel at any time. Everything else will stay the same.
