NeBu has evolved through the financial crisis and COVID-19, events that affected the world. While the financial crisis of 2008 highlighted the flaws in the global financial structure, Covid-19 highlighted the worlds reliance on economic infrastructure and also our exposure to biological changes as a result of prioritising economic growth - humans took their eye off the ball. This latest global challenge has highlighted other things such as climate change, inequality and pollution.

Combine all these things and ask yourself one question - what are we leaving for future generations if we don’t change?

Our Values.

Respect - For the environment we live in but most of all respect for each other regardless of race, skin colour, religion, or political opinion. You don’t have to share any of these but at NeBu you do have to respect them.

Work ethic - Graft and commitment not just now and again but every day, no excuses. Look forward to the challenges each day brings and the chance to show the world what you’ve got.

Doing the right thing - We all need a helping hand from time to time. Actions speak louder than words but we understand that doing the right thing isn’t always easy.
